Co-Owner/ The Savvy Chef A little About Me..... My name is Tina and I am a 32 year old long time DFW resident. I have been assisting my clients with a variety of needs over the last 5 years. I lived in Los Angeles, CA for 6 years, but was born and raised in Grapevine, TX. I started this business after seeing all my parents friends and business partners struggling to balance their time between work, home, the gym, the kids, and social functions. I decided to take the struggle out of there life and do something I enjoy - which is helping people manage their life better. As a personal assistant, I managed all my clients household, personal and business needs, giving them more time to focus on key goals and on what they enjoyed. After working soley as a personal assistant I transitioned into holiday event assistance including bartending, catering, kitchen assistance, serving, and party planning. After realizing what a passion I had for the service industry the thought of what would become TRIO began. I watched how many of my clients were spending hundreds of dollars grocery shopping and then another few hundred eating out. Half of their groceries were ruined by the end of the week and never used - wasting more money. I started out cooking for one client for a solid year, before adding on a second, and then a third. The Demand for a quality fresh and freezer back up meals with a reasonable budget price is greater than ever, which is why TRIO is such a passion of mine. I attended culinary school at the Art Institute in Colorado and Have been cooking and preparing meals for others as long as I can remember.
