complEAT Nutrition meals are about leading a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutritious cuisine. I believe in using fresh, quality ingredients to prepare balanced meals. The meals are portion controlled and consist of a lean protein, whole grains and fresh vegetables. Whenver possible I try using local and as seasonal as possible.
 
I work with a variety of clients works from stay at home moms trying to lose the baby weight to busy professionals without enough time to cook to  individuals working with personal trainers to obtain their fitness goals and are looking to get the maximum results but don’t have the time or the know-how to prepare healthy meals.
 
My goal is easy - to assist you my client in making healthier choices and to make you aware that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or variety.
